Operation Kanpe is a volunteer organization that is dedicated to transforming the lives of children and communities in Haiti by providing essential resources and access to education. Our mission is to empower the people of Haiti by providing access to quality education and essential resources like food and healthcare. We are committed to fostering a culture of self-reliance, resilience, and growth within Haitian communities, enabling individuals to reach their full potential and contribute to the development and prosperity of their nation
Our Founder
Joaline Charles is a first generation Haitian American who founded Operation Kanpe in May of 2024. Driven by a deep love for Haiti and a commitment to mutual aid and community empowerment, Joaline recognized the urgent need for educational resources and basic necessities in the underserved communities of Haiti. This passion led to the creation of an organization that not only provides critical support but also fosters a sense of unity and collective strength.
Our Connection
Pastor Jean Moleste Clement is a devoted leader and visionary who has dedicated his life to uplifting the people of Haiti. As both a pastor and principal, Pastor Clement has been a guiding force in his community, providing spiritual leadership and educational opportunity to countless children and families. Operation Kanpe is very privileged to have him on our team.
